Varieties from vineyards nestled in different parts of the farm but with a common soil-brown limestone. Each is made separately. Macerated in cold the first days of barreling, the fermentation temperature until the day of racking took place between 28 ŗ C and 30 ŗ C. The tank filling time was 14 days later moving to barrels for malolactic fermentation. Aged in French and American wood for 13 months.
