Sweet aged wine made from a blend of naturally sweet and young wines and old oloroso wines, all made with the Pedro Xim�nez grape variety. Maximum production 2000 bottles/year.
Oxidative ageing for 30 years in American oak barrels using the criadera and solera method.
In the glass, good depth, dark with purplish-blue highlights. On the nose, aromas of raisin, liquorice with hints of the toast, nuts and coffee. In the mouth, it is dense, oily, long and powerful.
