A 1971 vintage Grand Champagne Cognac from Grosperrin, part of the same parcel that also included their 1980 and 1970 vintages - bought from a Parisian widow who was surprised to discover her husband owned some casks. This Cognac was stored in an especially dry cellar and as such half of its volume evaporated, creating an intense and concentrated spirit.
