Part of the Bruichladdich First Growth, but, curiously, not a first growth. Pomerol is one appellation that does not have designations like Premier Cru. Nonetheless, the top Pomerol wines (Le Pin, Pétrus for example) command high prices and are world renowned. This was finished in Chateau Lafleur barrels. This great sixteen year old marks the sixth part of the series: Cuvée F.

    “Woooha! This is truly fantastic stuff! Maybe the best of the Cuvee range I have tasted. Impressive single malt from Bruichladdich”
    This dram has a amber-like color.

    Nose (90): more than average. honey, mango, wood, spices, vanilla, salt. Interesting notes of tropical fruits on this Laddie.

    Taste (91): . honey, citrus, spices, fruits, vanilla, salt.

    Finish (91): longer than average. honey, citrus, spices.
