Intense honey on the front of this whisky, with a brewed tea finish. Light in style with a moderate amount of wood from both American and European oak barrels finished with bourbon and sherry. An interesting fig character comes through along with some vanilla and butterscotch on the finish. Lots of fun, easy to drink.

“Like Macallan whiskies used to be! Strong sherry character in this dram.”

This dram has a gold-like color.
Nose (90): more than average. honey, nuts, peaches, wood, tobacco, vanilla.

Taste (90): smooth, powerful, oily. honey, wood, nuts, leather, floral, wood, tobacco, vanilla.

Finish (90): longer than average. honey, tobacco, wood.
