A 2000 vintage Edradour, which was aged for 8 years in a hogshead before being transferred to an ex-Sauternes cask for just shy of 5 years. Released as part of the distillery's ongoing Straight From the Cask series of bottlings which use a variety of different wine casks to finish their whiskies.
