Black Bull Special Reserve Number 1
The most recent addition to the Black Bull stable, this Special Reserve Number one is based on the same ratio of 50% malt to grain that is used in both the 12 and 40 year old Black Bull whiskies. This is a limited release of just 978 bottles.

This dram has a amber-like color.

Nose (89): more than average. honey, corn, varnish, tropical fruits, mango, apples.

Palate (90): smooth, powerful, oily. honey, spices, corn, toffee, apples, wood, cinnamon.

Finish (89): average. cinnamon, honey, floral, citrus.

So based on other whiskies I have already tasted I rate this Black Bull Special Reserve Number 1 with 89 points over 100.
