Glen Grant 38 year 1972 The Octave Duncan Taylor
A particularly well aged Glen Grant matured in an octave cask by independent bottler Duncan Taylor.

This dram has a cooper-like color.

Nose (86): strong. floral, raisins, fireworks.

Palate (86): oily, powerful. raisins, sulphur, pears, wood.

Finish (88): very long. raisins, cocoa, wood.

So based on other whiskies I have already tasted I rate this Glen Grant 38 year 1972 The Octave Duncan Taylor with 87 points over 100.
