This bottling of Wild Turkey has been aged for 8 years before coming out of the barrel at 109 proof, it is only diluted slightly before bottling at 101 proof with plenty of pep.

This dram has a white-like color.

Nose (88): inexistent. grains, corn, sweet, fruity, apples, grapes. First nosing data is innacurate as the previous tasting sheet lacked of this field.

Palate (84): . corn, hot, sweet, honey, apples. Bouquet data is innacurate as the previous tasting sheet lacked of this field.

Finish (84): no finish. apples, corn, vanilla. Finish length is innacurate as the previous tasting sheet lacked of this field.

So based on other whiskies I have already tasted I rate this Wild Turkey 8 year with 85 points over 100.
